Shown is the metering valve (i'm inferring) that takes pressured gas from a high bank, mid bank, and low pressure bank. this valve is controlled by the motors, which are shown.
the valve body is made out of some kind of aluminum. the valve body mounting flanges are made of stainless. the motors are made of normal steel. the motor mounting brackets are made out of aluminum. the coupling hardware is in the baggy. the o-rings should be replaced.
it looks like there's some sort of pressure limiting device with tie wire attached. the tie wire on the larger limiter was cut (not broken due to problem with unit) by the owner of the demolition company, who decided against engaging in the labor of disassembly and who ended up giving it to me. please do not be alarmed by the cut tie-wire.
the unit that these were pulled from was the sole dispensing unit for Sacramento's 10th street parking garage CNG facility, which was shut down and entirely disassembled.
It came out of a Greenfield Compression Inc model SG2.A316 with serial number 0224NGV. date code 02/04. ambient temperature of whole CNG dispenser: -40 to 130F, max inlet pressure 5K PSI, 120v, 60hz...
