Black Enamel Floral 14k GOLD Rose Cut DIAMOND Foiled Band Ring Antique Mourning

ABOUT:
Awesome black enamel mourning ring with closed back foiled rose cut diamond bezel set in a reticulated floral pattern.  The enamel has held up really well providing a solid black to most the ring face leading to delicately etched shoulders.
Typical Victorian era rose cut diamond with some inclusions, a bit of a champagne colored hue and discoloration to the foil back around the rim.  These old diamonds were meant to be seen in the low light of candle light and fireside dinners.
MEASUREMENTS:
Ring is currently about a size 8 1/4. It weighs 2.9 grams.  The ring face is about 5.5mm at the widest.
IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
Please note that all my pieces are in estate condition, especially considering age of over 100 years.  A few nicks to the enamel seen only under magnification but it presents as a nice even black color.  No chips to the diamond, although under magnification I can see some discoloration around the outline from the old foil back.  A bit of wear to the pattern on the etched shoulders.  Just being super picky so the buyer has all the details described to my best ability.
