    Description

    This lovely little antique rose gold ring features a genuine Boulder Opal ( The thin Opal gemstone surface is part of the iron rock that is its host). Fine Boulder Opals are quite rare and the intense color of this one is notable with its mixture of blues and greens. Flashes of iridescence add to the eye appeal as does the surround setting of tiny pearls. The depth of the stone (including the iron stone matrix) is about 5mm The face of the Opal is about 8.5 by 6.5 mm. The overall face measurement of the ring is about 15" by 13". This ring dates around or before 1900. It is in excellent condition.
